What does it cost to live at Bacchus Marsh Retirement Living?

We have a variety of packages to suit your requirements with pricing effective from May 22nd, 2026:

OPTION 1: Lunch package

• $713.20 rent and 14 lunches provided fortnightly

$713.20 cost per fortnight – less rent assistance if applicable

This meal package is suited to the resident who is happy to have their lunch made for them but is happy to self cater their own breakfast in the morning and light tea at night, as their main meal of the day has been prepared in our commercial kitchen and eaten in our spacious dining room or it can be taken back to their unit to eat.

OPTION 2: Breakfast & Lunch package

• $713.20 rent & Lunch package 14 x lunches provided fortnightly
• $30.00 Breakfast package which includes milk & bread provided weekly & monthly breakfast supplies such as tea, coffee, margarine, breakfast spreads & cereal provided

$743.20 cost per fortnight – less rent assistance if applicable

OPTION 3: Lunch & Dinner package

• $713.20 rent & Lunch package 14 x lunches provided fortnightly
• $98.00 Dinner package 14 x light dinner time meals per fortnight

$811.20 cost per fortnight – less rent assistance if applicable

This meal package is suited to the resident who would like to self cater their own breakfast and have their lunch and dinner prepared for them.

OPTION 4: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner package

• $713.20 rent plus Lunch package 14 x lunch meals per fortnight
• $30.00 Breakfast package milk & bread weekly & monthly breakfast supplies
• $98.00 Dinner package 14 x dinners fortnightly which are light meals as the main meal is at lunch time

$841.20 per fortnight – less rent assistance if applicable

This meal package is suited to the resident who would like all their meals catered for (breakfast provisions are provided and the resident makes their own breakfast) and lunch and dinner are prepared by our cooks.
